Tsurutontan Bis Tokyo

I didn't think I could enjoy udon this much. The variety is crazy, but not in a novel way. I had one with broiled chicken in a vegetable curry. Delicious. My friend tried the duck stock udon and that too was drool-worthy. Want to eat udon? This is a must. You won't be disappointed. Just, you might want to avoid peak-hour. People were lining up by 11am (and today it opened at 10:30).

Japan food standard has always been very high. Hard to fault any food. Massive serving with hugh bowl. Thin udon first for me ! Highly recommended. Price reasonable

Nice place for enormous bowls of udon! I had the Kitsune udon and whilst it wasn’t the most flavoursome dish I’ve ever had, it hit the spot for a late lunch. I was seated on a long bar with other diners and had a tablet to order on, but unfortunately it didn’t have a change language option. Fortunately, one of the staff was very kind and patient with me and helped me place an order. The vibe of the restaurant was very chilled and I really enjoyed it!

Their udons are really good! We ordered an Autumn seasonal menu as well - it was perfect! The texture of udon is very chewy. Loved this place so much, will definitely come back here again.

Expect a very long wait (around an hour or more during peak meal times). Other than that it's great. Huge servings, fast service, and most importantly delicious!

Huge portions, delicious food, classy feel and great service! We had the curry udon and a seasonal, what it felt like, Italian-Japanese fusion udon and both were delicious (picture is not great because I took it mid-meal). Prices are very reasonable and the restaurant is very nicely decorated.

Wow. Its such a busy spot during lunch peak hours. The udon is served in large bowls. Chewy udon makes for enjoyable meal slurping it up with clear broth!

Delicious place for udon with a nice wide selection of flavors!! You can get any dish hot or cold, and there were both traditional Japanese style udon options as well as Thai fusion which was fun. They were also very helpful to my group in understanding the menu and how to order on the tablet since none of us spoke Japanese. A small and crowded restaurant, if you go with a large group you will probably have to break up into multiple tables like we did.
